Data is stored in the battery and communicated to the charger via a unique IMPRES communication protocol which is designed to maximize talk-time and optimize battery cycle life. This 2900 mAh, low voltage battery provides 25+ hours talk time and is TIA approved when paired with the XPR 7000e Series Radios. The IP68 rating means it can be fully submersed at two meter for 2 hours.
